Product Vision

Pre-sales has beenimprovised long enough.

Every agency has a pre-sales process. Most of them built it from spreadsheets, templates, and whoever happened to be good at estimates. This is what Prophic is replacing — and where we are taking it.

Where things are

The problem is not the tool.It is the process.

Most agencies run pre-sales out of one person's head. One person who knows how to read a brief, build a scope, and price it without everything falling apart. When that person is busy, pre-sales slows down. When they leave, the knowledge leaves with them.

That is not a speed problem. It is a consistency problem. Two people at the same agency quote the same project differently. The client gets a different answer depending on who picks up the brief. That inconsistency erodes confidence before the engagement even starts.

Every other part of agency operations has been systematized. Project management, delivery, invoicing — all of it runs on software now. Pre-sales has not. It still runs on the same mix of personal judgment and borrowed templates it ran on before any of that software existed.

The insight

AI can do the thinking. Not just the formatting.

Before

Start at the document.

Most proposal tools begin when the thinking is already done. The scope, the estimate, the pricing logic — you figure that out separately, then bring it to the tool to format.

Prophic

Start at the requirements.

Prophic begins where the work actually starts — the client's brief. Read it, scope it, price it against your configured service roles and rates, then produce the output. The AI handles the reasoning. You handle the judgment calls.

That is the bet this company is built on.

Where we're going

In three years, every service agency's pre-sales process runs in Prophic. One workflow from a client's brief to a signed contract — scoped, priced, formatted, and tracked in one place. The spreadsheets, the tribal knowledge, the rework: gone.

On the roadmap

What Prophic becomes next.

Planned

AI that learns your history.

Every project you scope in Prophic becomes context for the next one. Estimates get sharper with each brief. Your patterns — complexity flags, scope edges you always catch, buffer logic — stop living in one person's memory and start running in the engine.

Planned

Brief to signed contract. One place.

Today Prophic takes you from brief to proposal. The next leg is the rest of the deal — proposal delivery, client review, sign-off, and project kickoff — without leaving the platform.

Planned

Pre-sales built for teams.

Multiple contributors on the same scope. Role-based permissions on who can edit, approve, and send. Version history so nothing gets lost between iterations. The pre-sales process your whole team runs — not just the one person who knows how.

Planned

Know what is working.

Win rate by proposal type. Average time from brief to send. Scope accuracy after delivery. The data that turns pre-sales from a gut call into a process you can measure and improve.

How we build

What we hold to.

01

AI drafts. You decide.

Every output Prophic generates is editable. The AI builds the structure. You verify it, adjust it, and own the final version before it goes to a client. The tool drafts; you decide what ships.

02

Your rates. Every time.

Consistent estimates are only useful if they are consistently right. Prophic uses your configured service roles and rates as the foundation of every quote — not a generic model's best guess at what your team should cost.

03

Fit the process. Do not replace it.

You already have a way of selling. Prophic works around it. The value shows up in the first brief you paste — no process overhaul, no new methodology, no onboarding week required.

04

Nothing ships we cannot show.

No feature lands on this page before we can demonstrate it live. No claim exists here that is not grounded in something real. We build in public. We ship before we announce.

What's next

The build is already in motion.

Follow it. Every major release goes to the changelog before it gets announced anywhere else.
