By accessing or using the Prophic AI website at prophic.ai (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Website.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and SociiLabs ("we," "us," or "our"), the company developing Prophic AI.
The Website is a pre-launch landing page for Prophic AI, a SaaS pre-sales operating system currently under development. The Website provides information about the upcoming product and allows visitors to join an early access waitlist by submitting their email address.
The Website does not provide access to the Prophic AI product. No software, SaaS service, or application functionality is available through this Website at this time.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Website shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Lahore, Pakistan.
If you are accessing the Website from a jurisdiction where any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and SociiLabs.
