This Privacy Policy describes how SociiLabs ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit the Prophic AI website at prophic.ai (the "Website"). This Website is a pre-launch landing page for Prophic AI, a SaaS pre-sales operating system currently under development.

We are committed to being transparent about the limited data we collect at this stage. We only collect what is necessary to operate this Website and keep you informed about our product launch.

When you sign up for our early access waitlist, you voluntarily provide us with your email address. This is the only piece of personal information we request from you.

We use Loops, an email platform provided by Astrodon Inc., to manage our early access waitlist and send email communications. When you submit your email address through our waitlist form, it is transmitted to and stored by Loops.

Loops processes your email address on our behalf as a data processor. Loops' handling of personal data is governed by their Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

Loops may store data on servers located in the United States.

5. Cookies

This Website uses the following cookies:

No advertising, marketing, or social media cookies are used on this Website. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain analytics functionality but will not impact your ability to browse the Website or sign up for the waitlist.

6. Data Sharing

Your information is shared only with the third-party service providers identified in Section 4 (Google and Loops/Astrodon Inc.), and only to the extent necessary for them to provide their respective services to us.

7. Data Retention

• Email addresses collected through the waitlist are retained until Prophic AI launches and you are provided access, at which point you may manage your account and communication preferences directly. If Prophic AI does not launch, we will delete all collected email addresses within 12 months of the decision to discontinue the project.
• Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for a period of 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted. You can learn more about Google's data retention practices in their documentation.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include the use of encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmission, access controls for administrative systems, and selection of reputable third-party service providers with their own security commitments.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
